The Lifetime plan costs US$997 for new customers. It includes, forever: STLFLIX, STLAI, STLSeller and the complete STL Academy, plus 5 live courses (3D Printing, 3D Modeling, Social Media, Online Sales and Local Sales).
Discount coupons
The Lifetime plan comes with 40 Polymaker discount coupons, released 15 days after purchase. In the US, each coupon gives US$25 off every US$100 spent; in Canada, the rule is the same as Europe's: 25% off on 4 or more filament spools. Valid on any Polymaker filament, except clearance items, discounted bundles and gift cards; 1 coupon per order, each batch is valid for 60 days from delivery.

Early-purchase bonuses
In the US and Canada, early buyers get extra benefits, such as a prize-pack giveaway, 1:1 mentoring, a hoodie and double credits on STLAI and STLSeller. Every Lifetime buyer is entered into the general giveaway for a Creality SparkX i7 printer + 100 kg of filament.

Refund
Refunds are guaranteed within 7 days under STLFLIX's refund policy. If a refund is issued, any bonuses and discount coupons already released are revoked.

I can't access STLSeller or STLAI after purchase. Check your email for purchase and account activation details. Each platform (STLFLIX, STLAI and STLSeller) may have a different password, so confirm registration was completed on all of them.
I'm a subscriber and the discount wasn't applied. Access the purchase through the official link https://platform.stlflix.com/live-bf26 and enter your subscriber email — the discount is applied automatically from there.
Where do I buy filament with the discount coupon? Filament purchases are made on Polymaker's own website, not on STLFLIX's store.
Is the printer included in the Lifetime purchase? No. The printer is the general giveaway prize; it isn't part of the Lifetime purchase.
I'm a subscriber of a different plan than Annual. Do I get a discount? Subscriber discount eligibility is checked automatically through the official link https://platform.stlflix.com/live-bf26, based on your registered email.
How do I cancel my Lifetime purchase? You can request cancellation from your account panel on the platform, or by contacting our support team. Refunds can be requested within 7 days of the purchase.
Is the Lifetime plan a 12-month subscription, or is it forever? It's a single purchase with permanent access. The amount can be paid in up to 12 installments, but once it's paid there's no recurring or monthly charge afterward.
