Welcome to STLFLIX Subscription Platform, a Multi-themed subscription service that gives you access to a world of 3D Printing content ("STLFLIX exclusive content") from the comfort of your own home. Our service allows you to explore and discover a vast library of 3D printable designs, to be used in your FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling / Filament Material) or SLA (Stereolithography / Resin Material) 3D Printer.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, "Platform service", "our service", or "the service" means the personalized service provided by STLFLIX Subscription Platform for discovering and accessing Platform content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations, reviews, our website, and user interfaces, as well as all content associated with our service. The term "you" refers to the member who has created an account with the STLFLIX Subscription Platform and whose payment method is charged.

By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use our service. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use as modified.

1.1. Your STLFLIX membership will continue until terminated. To use our service, you must have Internet access, a 3D printer machine, a Software Slicer installed in your computer or any compatible device, and provide us with one Payment Method. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for your next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "3. Billing and Cancellation" below). By providing a Payment Method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated Payment Method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method for the total amount of your membership fee and any other charges you may incur. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your membership may be suspended or cancelled until you provide us with a valid Payment Method. You may cancel your membership at any time, and the cancellation will be effective immediately. However, there will be no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods. To cancel, go to the "Account" page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will close at the end of your current billing period.

1.2 At STLFLIX Subscription Platform, we offer a range of membership plans designed to meet various needs and preferences. Some of these plans may be provided in partnership with third-party vendors who offer their own products and services.

Each membership plan may have its own terms and conditions, as well as limitations, which will be disclosed at the time of sign-up or through other forms of communication. To access details about your membership on STLFLIX Subscription Platform, simply visit our website and click on the "Account" link located under your profile name. There, you will find all the relevant information related to your account and the name of your membership plan.

2.1 Personal License: Upon subscribing to the Personal License plan, you will have full access to our entire library, including both old and new uploads. By subscribing to the Personal License plan, you will have full access to our entire library, including the old and new uploads. The subscription fee for the Personal License plan can be paid as described further below [Topic 2.3. Modalities of Payment]; and the modality of payment may vary according to your country.

2.2 Commercial License: By subscribing to the Commercial License plan, you will have all the benefits of the Personal License plan, with the added benefit of being allowed to sell the printed models from our library, including future uploads only if you keep the subscription active. Once your subscription is cancelled the commercial license will expire in the end of your billing cycle.

However, please note that only Commercial Subscribers are allowed to sell the printed models. Note: It is not allowed to share, sell or distribute our STL files anywhere, since to share content without the creator's permission may cause legal issues due to copyright infringement. The subscription fee for the Commercial License plan can be paid as described further below [Topic 2.3. Modalities of Payment]; and the modality of payment may vary according to your country.

2.3.1 Monthly Subscription: By choosing the monthly subscription option, you will be charged a fee every month, starting on the day you sign up for the plan.

2.3.2 Quarterly Subscription: By choosing the quarterly subscription option, you will be charged a fee every three months, starting on the day you sign up for the plan.

2.3.3 Yearly Subscription: By choosing the yearly subscription option, you will be charged a fee every year, starting on the day you sign up for the plan.

2.3.4 Lifetime Subscription (Single Payment): By choosing the lifetime subscription option, you will be charged a one-time fee for uninterrupted access to our entire library, with no additional charges.

2.3.5 Please note that some of our subscription plans or payment methods may not be available in your country. The availability of our plans and payment methods is subject to change without prior notice. You agree to comply with any laws or regulations in your country that may apply to your use of our services. You acknowledge that the current offer and prices available on our platform's main webpage are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to regularly visit our website to stay informed about our latest offers and pricing. 3.1 Billing Cycle: The membership fee for STLFLIX Subscription Platform service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date that the fist payment occurred. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. You can contact us for more information about your next payment date. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it for up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register. If you signed up for STLFLIX Subscription Platform using your account with a third party as a Payment Method, you can find the billing information about your membership by visiting your account with the applicable third party.

3.2 Payment Methods: To use STLFLIX Subscription Platform, you must provide one Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. Payment Methods that are eligible for both debit and credit transactions may be processed either way, and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.

We accept various Payment Methods, and for some, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Please check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

Additionally, we may offer promotional discounts that require the use of a specific Payment Method. You may be required to provide a valid Payment Method during sign-up to access the free trial, and if you do not cancel your account before the trial period ends, we will charge your Payment Method for the monthly subscription fee.

You can manage your Payment Methods on the "Account" page, where you can also view your next payment date and billing details. If you have any issues or concerns regarding your Payment Method, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

3.3 Cancellation: You can cancel your STLFLIX Subscription membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the platform's services through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

At STLFLIX Subscription platform, we understand that our users' satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, we have developed a comprehensive refund policy to ensure that our users can have a hassle-free experience and can confidently try out our services.

Our refund policy allows users to cancel their subscription at any time and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription. Users can request a refund by contacting our customer support team, who will review the request and process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

It is important to note that we do not offer refunds for individual 3D models or STL files. Once a user has downloaded a design, it is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded. However, if there is an issue with the design's quality or functionality, users can contact our customer support team, who will work with them to find a resolution.

In addition to our refund policy, we also have a satisfaction guarantee. If a user is not satisfied with the quality of our services, they can contact our customer support team within the first 14 days of their subscription and receive a full refund. This guarantee gives our users the confidence to try out our services and see if they meet their needs.

4.1 STLFLIX Platform is meant to be a multi-themed library and the categories of model will vary and you will find you will find Articulated Models, Home Decor, Collectibles, Customizable Models and Characters, RPG Miniatures & Sceneries, Animals, Cosplay & Props, Fashion and Accessories, Gadgets, Puzzle & Games, Statues, Holiday Themed Models and other categories and may be included further. We are committed to providing our subscribers a diverse and ever-growing collection of 3D models.

4.2 We are committed to providing a constantly evolving and improving service to our users. Our library of 3D models is regularly updated with new additions to ensure that our users have access to the latest designs and innovations. Furthermore, we continually test and optimize our platform to improve user experience, including our website, slicer software, and user interfaces. We also regularly release new theme-based packs of models, called Drops, every Friday. In addition to Drops, we occasionally have surprise releases of new models on random dates. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our users and are always working to improve our service.

4.3 STLFLIX Design Team is constantly working to expand STLFLIX Collection by creating new models and updating the existing ones. Every week, we release a new pack of 3D models called #Drop. Each Drop features a different theme, ranging from sci-fi to nature-inspired designs. STLFLIX Users can look forward to fresh and exciting models every Friday, ready to be added to their 3D printing queue. In addition to the weekly Drops, STLFLIX also has random releases throughout the month. These special releases are not tied to any specific schedule or theme.

4.4 Requirements to use STLFLIX Platform: In order to use our 3D Printing Platform, you must have a computer, mobile device, or other compatible device that is able to have internet connection and has an updated browser. A Slicer Software compatible with the extension of file .STL [The name STL is an acronym that stands for stereolithography — a popular 3D printing technology.]  Please check our these requirements periodically, and ensure to have the slicer software and your internet browser up to date.

4.5 STLFLIX Platform provides a variety of features and functionalities through our platform that may differ by device [wether mobile or desktop]. To access our platform, you need a high-speed internet connection that allows you to make high size downloads. You are responsible for any costs associated with your internet service, including data usage that may count toward your agreement with your internet service provider.

4.6 You acknowledge that the quality of 3D prints may vary depending on the slicer software and 3D printing machines used, and that our platform is not responsible for any limitations or issues that may arise from the use of incompatible or malfunctioning equipment. We recommend that you regularly check and maintain your equipment to ensure optimal performance. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and any changes we may make to them in the future. ​4.7 In order to 3D print a model from our platform, you will need to have access to a 3D printer that is compatible with the STL file format. Additionally, you will need to use a slicer software to prepare the model for printing. Please be aware that there may be limitations in terms of the size and complexity of the models that can be printed using certain 3D printers and slicer software.

4.8 To use an STL file in a slicer software, you will need to follow a few steps. First, you will need to import the file into the software. Once imported, you can adjust the size and orientation of the model as needed. Next, you will need to define the parameters, which will provide the printer with the necessary instructions for creating the object layer by layer. [Note: STLFLIX Platform provide the parameters for a better quality of the model in the description of each model and inside their respective .pdf file. The parameters informed in our platform are the ones used by our staff to 3D Print the specific model, this parameters are not mandatory and the user are allowed to define their our parameters by their own. Finally, you will need to transfer .gode file generated by the slicer software to the printer and begin the printing process. It is important to note that the quality of the final printed object may be impacted by various factors, including the quality of the 3D printer, slicer software, and materials used. Additionally, please be aware that certain models may be subject to copyright or other intellectual property laws, and you should ensure that you have the necessary rights to print and use any models obtained from our platform. 5.1 As the account owner, you are responsible for all activity that occurs on your STLFLIX Subscription Platform account. If you allow others to access your account, including access to information about your subscription and billing details, you agree that those individuals are acting on your behalf and you are responsible for any changes they make to your account, such as upgrading or downgrading your subscription plan. To maintain control over your account and prevent unauthorized access, you should keep your account login details and payment information confidential and not share them with anyone. It is important to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date, including providing a valid email address for account-related notifications. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent activity or to protect you, our platform, or our partners.

6.1 At STLFLIX Subscription platform, we take copyright infringement very seriously. It is essential to understand that sharing, selling, or distributing any STLFLIX [digital files such as .stl; .3mf; .pdf or other file downloaded from our Library] files is strictly prohibited. As a user of our platform, you must not attempt to reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs in any way that violates copyright law. It is crucial to respect the intellectual property rights of STLFLIX creators whose work is featured on our platform. Any infringement of copyright laws could lead to legal action against the user according to copyright laws.

6.2 In addition to the legal consequences of copyright infringement, violation of our platform's terms of use can lead to the immediate termination of the user's account and a permanent ban from the platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any breach of copyright law, and we will take swift action to remove any content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.

6.3 It is important to understand that the creator of a 3D model retains full ownership of the intellectual property rights, including copyright, unless explicitly transferred or waived. Sharing or distributing these files without permission is not only illegal but also unethical and harms the creators who have worked hard to develop these designs. Therefore, we encourage all users to respect the rights of the creators, and obtain explicit permission before using or sharing their designs.

6.4 We have implemented strict measures to monitor and prevent any unauthorized sharing or distribution of our STL files. Any user found to have engaged in copyright infringement will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and we will cooperate fully with any legal action taken against them.
