STLFLIX offers a variety of plans to meet everyone's needs.

To have full access to our library you should select between the; Personal License

and Commercial License. Both plans have two different modalities: Monthly and Yearly, you can compare them at: https://get.stlflix.com/

STLFLIX Plans

  • Personal License - you will have full access to our entire library, including the old and the new uploads;

  • Commercial License - you will have all the benefits from the Personal, but only the Commercial Subscribers are allowed to sell the printed models. Once you subscribe as a Commercial License you are allowed to sell the printed models from our library (and the future ones) if you keep the subscription.

Note: It is not allowed to share, sell or distribute our STL files anywhere, since to share content without the creator's permission may cause legal issues due to copyright infringement.

How can I upgrade my Subscription Plan?

You can upgrade your STLFLIX Subscription at any time.

Hotmart Users:

To proceed with the request, please:

  1. Go to your profile page: platform.stlflix.com/profile/me

  2. Click on the "Upgrade Subscription" option, as shown in the image below:

  3. Follow the steps to proceed with your upgrade ticket.

  4. Your ticket request will be reviewed by our team to ensure that the process was finished correctly.

Stripe Users:

  1. Go to your profile page: platform.stlflix.com/profile/me

  2. Click on the "Manage Subscription" option, as shown in the image below:

  3. Choose whichever plan you'd like to upgrade to!

How do I update my billing information?

Hotmart Users:

You can manage your subscription and payment info at: https://purchase.hotmart.com/

Stripe Users:

To manage your subscription and payment info, use the STLFLIX Customer Portal:

  1. Insert the same e-mail address used to create your STLFLIX Account

  2. You will receive via e-mail a link directly to your customer portal.

  3. Locate your billings, invoices, and payment methods.

How can I unsubscribe?

You have the flexibility to cancel your STLFLIX account at any time. We offer two convenient methods for cancellation, and in this article, we will guide you through both options to ensure a hassle-free process. Whether you choose to cancel via our website or through the STLFLIX Customer Portal, we've got you covered. Follow our step-by-step instructions to easily manage your subscription according to your preferences.

Cancelling via the STLFLIX Portal

If you'd like to cancel your STLFLIX subscription through our Customer Portal, here's what you need to do:

  1. Insert the same e-mail address used to create your STLFLIX Account

  2. You will receive via e-mail a link directly to your customer portal.

  3. Locate your subscription on "Current Plan" area and select "Cancel Plan"

  4. Your subscription renewal will be canceled and your access to STLFLIX Library will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Cancelling on the Website Profile Page

If you'd like to cancel your STLFLIX subscription directly through our website, here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to your profile page: platform.stlflix.com/profile/me

  2. Click on the "Cancel" option, as shown in the image below:

  3. Follow the steps to proceed with your cancellation ticket.

  4. Your ticket request will be reviewed by our team to ensure that the process was finished correctly.

After you followed either set of steps above, your STLFLIX subscription will be canceled. We're sorry to see you go, but we recognize and respect every customer's individual priorities. Thank you for being a valued customer of STLFLIX!


When membership charges stop

You won't be charged again unless you restart your account. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use STLFLIX until the account cancels automatically at the end of the billing period.
