Welcome to STL-AI, a customized 3D model generation platform developed by STLFLIX Produtos Digitais LTDA. By using this platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

● User: Any individual or legal entity that uses STL-AI services.

● Credits: Virtual units purchased and used to generate images or 3D models.

● Generated Content: Files, models, images, or other results created through the use of the platform.

● Heads and Fittings: Technical files compatible with STL-AI generators, offered for customization.

● STLFLIX Subscribers: Active STLFLIX platform users with paid monthly, annual, or lifetime plans.

The platform can be used by individuals or legal entities without a minimum age restriction. However, use by minors is recommended to be supervised by legal guardians.

The user is fully responsible for the images and content they upload, as well as all generated content. It is prohibited to use the platform to create or share content that infringes third-party rights or has sexual, violent, or discriminatory appeal. STL-AI does not conduct prior moderation but may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Generated content based on the user’s images or prompts belongs to the user. Pre-made models are under a limited license as defined in clause 5. STLFLIX does not claim ownership of models created by users but may revoke licenses in case of violations.

5.1 STL-AI AI-generated content from user-uploaded images or prompts can be used freely, including for commercial purposes, regardless of the plan.

5.2 This includes:

● Physical printing and sale of generated models;

● Sale or sharing of resulting 3D files (as long as the content is original and does not infringe third-party rights).

5.3 Pre-made models and generators with pre-modeled parts (e.g., bodies, accessories, articulated structures, or supports) provided by STL-AI are under restricted license:

● Personal use (printing for personal use or gifts): allowed for all plans;

● Commercial use (sale of physical prints only): allowed exclusively for STL-AI commercial plan users or STLFLIX commercial license holders;

● Using pre-made models for commercial purposes under a personal plan or without an active STLFLIX commercial license is strictly prohibited.

5.4 It is strictly prohibited to:

● Sell, resell, or distribute the digital files of STL-AI pre-modeled models, even if modified or combined with AI-generated heads;

● Share such files on any public platform, online repository, or distribution channel, free or paid.

The user declares they have the rights to the images used. STL-AI does not have direct access to the images; they remain saved in the user’s personal library. The user is fully responsible for any misuse of generated content.

STL-AI uses advanced AI models but does not guarantee accuracy or perfection in results. Errors and distortions may occur. STLFLIX is not responsible for damages arising from the use of generated content.

Credits expire 90 days after purchase. Each generation consumes credits as informed prior to the action. Saved heads can be reused without additional cost. Generated models are automatically saved in the user’s library, respecting the storage limit for each plan. After reaching the limit, new models will remain available for 7 days from generation and will be automatically removed afterwards.

Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided no model has been exported. Exporting a 3D file voids the right to a refund. Cases will be analyzed individually to prevent abuse

STLFLIX subscribers do not generate affiliate commissions from their STL-AI purchases, as they already receive special conditions and discounts.

Accounts violating the terms may be suspended. This includes misuse of third-party IP, spam, automations, or causing instabilities.

STLFLIX is not responsible for lost profits, indirect, or technical damages. The platform is provided “as is” and may contain failures or interruptions.

The terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of STL-AI after changes constitutes automatic acceptance.

During high-demand periods, processing queues and increased generation times may occur. While STLFLIX continuously works to optimize STL-AI’s performance, fixed or immediate response times cannot be guaranteed.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The elected jurisdiction is the District Court of Joinville/SC

📌 ABOUT THE PLATFORM

1. What is STL-AI? STL-AI is a customized AI-based 3D model generation platform developed by STLFLIX. It allows creating characters, stands, accessories, and articulated models directly from photos, images, or words.

2. Do I need to know 3D modeling to use STL-AI? No. Anyone can use it — just upload an image or choose a generator, adjust the head, and export the ready-to-print files.

3. Do STL-AI models actually work in 3D printing? Yes. All generators and fittings are designed with real printing experience in mind. Articulations, tolerances, and supports are optimized for FDM.

💳 PLANS AND CREDITS

4. How do credits work? Each action (e.g., generating a cartoon-style image or creating a 3D model from it) consumes credits. The credit cost is displayed before each action. Already generated heads can be reused at no cost.

5. Do my credits expire? Yes. Credits are valid for 90 days after purchase.

6. What happens to the models I generate? They are saved in your library, respecting your plan’s limit. If you exceed it, new models will be available for 7 days only.

💼 COMMERCIAL USE

7. Can I sell models I generate on STL-AI? Yes — models generated from your images or prompts can be freely sold (printed or as files).

8. Can I sell pre-made STL-AI models like bodies or stands? You may sell physical prints of these models only if you have an STL-AI commercial plan or hold an STLFLIX commercial license. Selling or distributing the digital files of these models is strictly prohibited.

🧠 ABOUT AI AND QUALITY

9. Does AI always generate perfect models? No. STL-AI uses advanced algorithms but may produce distortions or errors, especially with low-quality photos, unusual expressions, or non-standard poses. Perfection or fixed response times are not guaranteed.

10. Can I generate models of famous characters (like Goku or Spider-Man)? You can be creative, but generating or selling models based on third-party intellectual property is not recommended. Responsibility lies entirely with the user

🛠 FEATURES

11. Can I edit or position the head on the model’s body? Yes. STL-AI offers a configurator for easy positioning, rotation, and scaling of the head on the chosen body.

12. Can I remove a model’s head and place mine? Yes! With STL-AI’s “Head Remover” tool, you can adapt remix-licensed models (e.g., from Printables, MakerWorld, etc.) and replace them with AI-generated heads.

💰 PAYMENT AND REFUND

13. Can I request a refund? Yes, within 7 days of purchase — as long as you have not exported any 3D model. Exporting indicates use of the service.

14. What payment methods are available? We accept credit card payments and other methods depending on the country.

🧾 LICENSES AND RIGHTS

15. Do I own the models I generate? Yes. Models generated from your image or prompt are yours. However, pre-modeled platform content (bodies, stands, etc.) remains the property of STL-AI, with usage limited by your plan.

16. Do you store or use my images? No. Images are used only to generate the model and are available solely in your account, privately. We have no direct access and do not use them to train AI without your consent.

17. Can I refer STL-AI to others and earn commission? Yes. Anyone can sign up as an affiliate and generate coupons or referral links. STLFLIX subscribers do not earn commission on their own purchases as they already receive automatic discounts.

18. How long does it take to generate a model? Time may vary from seconds to minutes, depending on complexity and demand. In high-demand periods, there may be a wait time. We are constantly optimizing the platform but do not guarantee fixed response times.
